I agree with the first answer, I prefer Leona Rose. It flows better. I think of a beautiful person in the early 1900s when I see the name Rose.

An awkward, chubby girl with glasses, that grows up to be a "hot mom." I know, weird but I was friends with a girl named Rose Lee and she was a strange red head, then came back to our 10 year reunion, and was gorgeous!

i think of a girl with strawberry blond hair with golden brown eyes and Rosy cheeks. medium height, very pretty, and opinionated. i never was real crazy about the name rose until you put it with leona. it is very pretty

Lovely name. But please, ignore all those who says to go with Leona Rose. Rose as a middle is common, dull, boring, filler, and way way way overused. It's absolutely gorgeous in the first name spot, and not used nearly enough.
