My biggest thing is that I want someone who will reciprocate. If I do something that they enjoy doing (even if I don't like doing it that much  -like watching TV) I'd expect them to do something that I like to do in return. I have met some selfish people who weren't willing to meet me half way.

I also want someone who will compliment me - and on different things not just about looks. I like genuine compliments on my personality or achievements. I want someone who will encourage me and make me feel good about myself.
