What kind of photo editing software would you recommend to a teen ( about 13 yrs old )? ?

i am looking for a free photo editing software thats easy for young people to use.

You could use GIMP or paint.NET (no its not the same a Microsoft Paint, its better and funner too.

if you want something fairly simple to use, that lets you make autofix adjustments or crops, red eye etc try Picasa from Google or Photoscape - both free

I think the Gimp or Paint.net can be a little overcomplicated at times
