What kind of physical requirements do i need to make in at the Air Force boot camp?? ?

Im leaving to the Air Force amd i want to know what kind of physical requirements do i need to make it on boot camp? how many miles, push ups. sit ups stuff like that... thanks

  1. try for two miles and fifty of each of the situps and pushups...you will practice alot while in and get better..but if there is a starting point that would be it..good luck

    Liberator (minimum Standard)

    Run (1.5 miles) - 11:57 min.

    Push-ups - 45

    Sit-ups - 50

    Pull-ups - 0

    Thunderbolt (honor gradute)

    Run (1.5 miles) - 9:30 min.

    Push-ups - 55

    Sit-ups - 60

    Pull-ups - 5

    Warhawk (highest standard)

    Run (1.5 miles) 8:55 min.

    Push-ups - 65

    Sit-Ups - 70

    Pull-ups - 10

    There is also a GREAT guide on the website below on how to train BEFORE you get to boo tcamp. I am currently in week 6.
