  1. your 14...u should be outside getting exercise notlooking for pills to do it for you.  that stuff can cause all sorts of problems including heart attacks and digestive problems that could last your whole life.

  2. I am not a fan of pills. i am overweight myself. you are only 14. you should just try to diet and exercise. you are still going through puberty and still going to lose weight. Diet pills are mainly for overly obese people. don't worry about your weight

  3. Sorry, there is not a single diet plan/supplement/pill that will not cause you to gain the weight back once you stop using them.  You aren't changing your lifestyle, just a temporary change in eating habits.  When you go back to the original lifestyle you put the weight back on.

Only proper nutrition, sufficient calories and exercise will lead you to a lifetime of health and fitness.

At 14, do body weight exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, lunges, squats and the like.  Walk/job/run or use other aerobic equipment 6 hours a week, be that 6 - 1 hour sessions, or 12 - half hour, either is fine.

You've got to eat lean protein, beans, nuts, seeds, fruits, veggies and whole grains.  If the label has more than 1 or 2 ingredients, High Fructose Corn Syrup, or trans fats, don't eat it.

I'd recommend you pick up the following two books.  The first will teach you what to eat and why, the second will teach you when to eat and how to exercise, but lay off the weights until you are 17 or 18, don't want to stunt your growth.

Ultra-Metabolism by Dr. Mark Hyman, Body for Life by Bill Phillips.

  4. Geez, you are 14, you don't need to be taking diet pills, ,They are c**p and don't work. You notice they say "take with regular excercize"? It's the exercise that does it, the pills just psychologically make you exercise. A living example is Michael Phelps, you know the Olympic swimmer? He eats 12000 calories a day, but he exercises to keep fit. That's all you need, it's all natural, and is good for the body.
