  1. Trastevere is a popular quarter in the centre of Rome, full of pubs, disco, art galleries. It isn't a very rich quarter. Trastevere is full of artists and foreign people who have a second house in Rome.

Trastevere is full of good restaurants with low prices, for example the Birreria Trilussa, or La Tana de' Noantri, tipical roman "hosteria". Trastevere is also famous for its nighlife! During summer the streets at night are overflowing. The most famous places and monuments in Trastevere are:

  3. Trastevere is an alcove in Rome where there are a lot of high price restaurants, etc. It is sort of the "Beverly Hills" of Roma.
