What kind of plane is forward-wing transformer animated Starscream?

The closest plane that he resembles is the Sukhoi Su-47 Berkut which was created by Russia.  Only one prototype of the plane has ever been produced but it has performed at several air shows throughout the world.

It looks to me like the Starfighter that Lockheed Martin designed back in the 80s, but was never produced because it became unstable at supersonic speeds.

Several forward-swept wing fighters have been designed, but all of them have had that problem, and I'm pretty sure none have ever been produced, except for a limited run of the Mig fighter of that style right before the USSR collapsed.
