  1. more simply put, it is a "mimosa". you can google the name  mimosa in a search with photos and you will recognise it and click on that webpage if you need  more info.


  2. It is a Species of Acacia from family Mimosae ( Leguminosae/Fabaceae ).

    There are several species . difficult to determine from leaf alone .
