What kind of plants or flowers reqiure no direct sun light?

My apartment balcony never gets any direct sun light. I live in Phoenix, Arizona so it's very hot and dry. thanks!

There are quite a few to choose from. From a practical standpoint, the best thing to do would be to go to your local garden center or wherever you plan to purchase the plants and ask what the recommend. In the end, you are going to be stuck with whatever they have anyway.
