Do I need a power converter or just an adapter?

They have 2 round plugs, and it has 220V.

You need an adapter if what you want to plug in will take 100-240V input (like most laptop computers). Usually the power requirements are stamped on the device or power supply.

You will need a power converter if it is 110V only (electric razors and such). They can be purchased for about $24 at Radio Shack.
