Question:

What kind of printing paper is best for double-sided fliers with a photo on one side?

i have a flier i am going to print in color, and on one side of it there is a photo...just wondering if there is a specific paper that will be best for it.

  1. As a relatively cheap option, I would probably go with a Wausau Exact 80# color copy cover with either a smooth or glossy finish.

If really good image quality is the 1st priority, I've had luck using Epson's Double-Sided Matte paper.  The pictures come out gorgeous with full tonal range & & there is no bleed of the inks assuming a semi-decent printer or better.  I also like this paper because if it's for making a card or something similar, it also takes handwriting very nicely.  Finally, the weight & feel of the paper is nice & professional.  

    A lot of working professional photographers will use this paper for printing smaller batches of cards, tri-folds, fliers, etc.
