What kind of procedures can I do for an experiment involving food and its environment?

My hypothesis is that food is best stored in containers with a moderate amount of light. What kinds of testing can I do at home to prove my hypothesis or support it enough to draw a conclusion?

You can do the experiment and just use 4 take away containers or similar and slices of bread.

Get a piece of bread put 1 slice in each container. Put 2 container out on the bench 2 in the dark cupboard one wrapped in glad wrap one wrapped and one unwrapped in glad wrap glad wrap is more effective than normal containers since you know it's sealed better.

Make sure to wear gloves when taking the bread out of packaging as the bacteria from your fingers can muck it all up
