What kind of programs are there in the medical field that I can get that dosent require me to be a Dr.?

You can study to be a Certified Nurse Practitioner or a Physician's Assistant...both make good money, require less schooling and allow you to do many of the same things an MD can do.

Besides those mentioned above, there is also paramedic (for a bit more excitement) or EMT.  Also there are technician type positions in radiology, ultra-sound, CT, MRI, or lab technician.  Coursework in these technician positions is often offered at community colleges and takes just a few years.
