  1. I dunno but if you go on ringside.com and call up their customer service or talk with them online describe what you are looking for and they will be able to help you

  2. The problem with regular punching bags is that after a while you start to lose motivation and they end up gathering dust.  It's better to get a Slam Man which is a human shaped punching bag which has target areas which light up telling you where to punch in different combinations.  I've got one in my garage and its great when I'm not in the boxing gym.

  3. You may be able to find a used punching bag for that price and that weight, but not a brand new one.

If you have limited room, you'd be better off with a stand-alone bag, as opposed to one that you can hang.  If you have the space, then a hanging punching bag would work.

Contact a boxing equipment company, such as Everlast, Title or Ringside.  They all have web sites, and the staff can recommend a bag as well as give you instructions on how to mount/hang it.

  4. My husband went to d**k's sporting goods ( I'm sure you can order online ) he was able to puchase a 75lb heavy bag and stand.  The stand he bought also has a hookup for a speed bag and swivel bag.  You need a stand where the bag can hang and you can put weights on the bottom to keep it from tipping.
