What kind of question do you have to ask to be qualified for "Best of Answers"?

I've seen such random and stupid questions in there!

Seriously, how come some really good questions aren't in there?

And how do they pick which questions are the "best" anyways?

Wrong thread, but I'll help you out.

They take questions with the most amount of stars (meaning people have starred these questions meaning theyb found the question of interest, the hot link it for quick refrence later). The best answers of the starred questions are displayed on the front page.

I know right?! Seems the 'popular' kids are the one that asks all the random, unrelated questions.

Although sometimes its good to have a break from over thinking answering questions that are serious. It's for a bit of fun too :D

People pick best answers that are either most helpful, informative or funny, random ,simple.
