I'm curious about this aspect of the LE hiring process. I know not to lie, to tell the truth about everything because they find out, but what exactly do they ask? Just basic stuff ie have you ever ___? Using your personal history statement as a guide, or does it go deeper? I've never been arrested, have no criminal history or been in trouble with the law, but I did try 3 ( one being weed) drugs at parties my 1st year of college, but they weren't intense street drugs. I wanted to see what it was like cause I was serious and straight laced in high school and never even got a detention. I later found out that with some departments even trying certain drugs once could DQ you forever, but I can't go back in time, I know I have to tell the truth. I also used a fake ID when I was 19 which was also dumb, but again, I was just young and dumb. I'm now about to get my BA in CJ and was always a serious student with good jobs, but I don't want the dept to think I was some drugged out fake ID user
