What kind of questions do social workers ask?

I'm making a skit of me being a social worker protecting a child, and I have to interview the child after beeing taken away from his house, what questions could i ask him??

What have you had to eat today?  Who lives at your house?  Where do you sleep at night?  What time is your bedtime?  When do you feel scared or not safe?  Where do you go to school?  Do you go every day?  Are you sick?  Do you hurt anywhere?  

You can think of lots more, I'm sure, but you get the idea.  These are just very basic starter questions.
