What kind of questions do the co-op board of directors ask you on the interview.?

   Most interviews these days are behavioral based interviews.  They are looking for previous actions to determine how you will handle similar situations in the future.  They want specific examples of situations tasks, actions and results.  ie.  How do you provide constructive feedback to a team member that isn't pulling his weight.  You would have to talk about a specific example from previous experience that relates to this.  I
