What kind of questions do the direct tv parental control reset guys ask?

Oh....Things like "what is your social security number?" and "what is your account number?' and "what is your bank account number you have on file with us?"

They make sure you are the original account holder.....THEN they give you the deactivation procedure that you must immediately do while they are on the phone with you....otherwise it won't deactivate....

I've had to deal with this situation several times with my customers.....
