I have a Fiance in the Philippines who has applied for Visa Sub Class 300 to Australia and I want to prepare her for the kind of questions she can expect from her case officer during her interview.

  1. First of all, have you ever applied someone before? I have an experience like this, might be it is of some use to you.

The  Imm. Case Officer  asked me which hotel do I lived when I arrived in Shanghai. What was the date of birth of my fiancee; Whom went to bathe first last night; what programme in TV and what time and what channel you watched last nignt even what brand of toothpaste or what was the colour of the pajamas your partner put on....

In a word, she/he will separate both of you to ask question that are very specific. This is due to too many contracted marriage. They are all ingenuie. Now, it`s your turn. Those letters on both side between you and partner, those emails and telephone bills you submitted can also be questions. Please be ready for them.

And I wish you good luck!

  2. he will just ask you questions about your status
