What kind of "different" services do people need?

There's no need for different services -- I know they aren't particularly glamourous or interesting to talk about, but those are what people actually need and pay a lot of money for.

You can do some of those things differently, though. Short-notice Friday and Saturday evening babysitting would make a small fortune. So many parents lose touch with their childless friends because the childless friends can up-and-go while the parents can't. A babysitter is impossible to find on no notice; it destroys friendships and forces parents into ruts they never asked to be in.

What you'd be selling there is freedom with the security that their snowflake is having fun and being cared for. Can't lose.
