its a cottontail rabbit. i have one but they are wild so i dont know if you can buy them. i caught mine. and in the picture its cleaning its face. but they are really good pets. if you can catch one. my has lived for 6 years now.

It doesn't look like a wild rabbit, the ears are too short.. My guess is that it's a steel or chestnut colored Netherland Dwarf bunny..

This is the Netherland Dwarf Rabbit club, if you scroll down you can see adults of similar coloration..
