What kind of radio that would allow me to listen to VIET news/music?

I live in Fresno CA and cannot pick up VIET radio signal around here. I am also looking for online internet VIET radio as well, if you know, let me know :) Greatly appreciated.

Sirius satellite radio is the best brand to buy and it comes cheap; about 50$ for the radio and satellite hook up, i personally have it and i love it
