What kind of recoarse is available when frauded by seller on ebay?

don't listen to diane.

if you get ripped off on ebay you are simply ripped off.

unless you can scare the person who ripped you off into believing the police actually care about fraud you are duped.

you hinted you paid with a capitol one card (i assume it is a credit card) in this case you can call your credit card company and claim it was a fraudulent transaction and you were ripped off and they will do an immediate charge back.......
