What kind of ride cymbal should I get?

Well I'm tired of my Zildjian ZBT ride cymbal and really want a new one. Basically I want 20", one that doesn't ring forever, but has a powerful sound, and a bell that doesn't make my ears bleed. I'm open to brands too. Any ideas?
