What kind of rims should i buy?

i have a 99 monte carlo i don't want anything flashy because the car isn't

i just want something so i can get rid rid of the ugly *** stock hub caps

what size should i get 15-18"

what color -the car is black

what material is cheapest and lightest

On a car like that they are a waste and not important at all you can put  the money to good use somewhere else

i'd go with 18" or 19" and chrome coz powder coated will look stupid on a monte carlo, your car represents who you are so keep it fly but not too fly don't want unwanted attention (cops)
