  1. Well, running will definatley slim you, but you will get muscles unless you sit on your butt and do nothing. Walking will make you look less toned, but running burns a lot more calories, so it's slimming and toning. Just don't do weight lifting and you won't get bulky.


  2. Swimming and yoga are the two best ways.

  3. running itself is naturally slimming. You may not lose a whole lot of weight but your body will definitely get tighter and more compact! It takes time but it's soooo worth it!

  4. Fast walking is the best thing for you. Swinging your arms while walking fast, not jogging, is one of the best things for you. It's supposed to be better than running. It sure helped me better. Hope this helps.

  5. sprinting will make you muscular and distance running will make you fit/slim.
