What kind of salsa would taste good with chicken?

neither...southwest salsa is awesome though.  Just mix some regular salsa (from a jar) with ranch dressing...maybe add some mexican corn and blackbeans.

Here's a more involved recipe if you have time:

1 cup whole kernel corn

1 small red onion, chopped

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Juice of two limes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium avocado, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 large clove garlic, finely minced

1 (16-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.

Makes about 4 cups.
