What kind of sampling is this?

If you did ten interviews with ten different teachers from four different schools. Specifically, two urban, one alternative and one country school. But uneven numbers of teachers are interviewed in each. (basically any school that would agree to have their teachers talk with you). What kind of sampling method would you call this?

    You will have to raise issues of external validity in your study on this.
