What kind of sandwich fixings would go good with cheesy potatoes

Reuben sandwiches.

Rye bread, sauerkraut, pastrami and swiss cheese.

Make your sandwich and then taost it in a skillet, or on a george foreman grill, with plenty of butter.  Delicious!

Sandwiches don't go with potatoes.  Make some pork chops or hamburger patties/meatballs instead.

Bratwurst ...  Hamburgers ...  Turkey with lettuce, tomato & spicy mustard ...  Just about anything that doesn't also have cheese in it:)
