  1. We have like 8 classes that are 43 minutes.

Are grading scale just got changed so

    93-100% A

    83-92% B

    73-82% C

    65-72% D

    64-0 F

    or pretty close to that

  2. I have 9 45 minute blocks a day but each period is a double- but some might have a 45 min free block between the first and second session of class.

And I never have all of those periods full in one day- or any day haha. On a Tuesday I just have one lesson in blocks one and two, and most of the other days I'm not there for more than three hours, apart from my Friday which is harsh ¬.¬

I'm in English upper sixth- the equivalent of the last year of high school- so I only take three subjects like everyone else :D

  3. we have 8 classes a day each for like 43 minutes. and thats all.

    i think we use a 10 point.

  4. 7 55 minute classes with a 30 minute lunch. Or something like that.

    Grading system is:

    90-100% A

    80-89% B

    70-79% C

    60-69% D

    59% and below F

  5. block scheduling for my school

two  90 minute classes with a 10 minute break in between

    a 35 minute lunch

then a 25 minute prep class (kinda like homeroom, like get papers for your parents, do work, study ,read, etc)

then two more 90 minute classes with 5 minutes in between

classes start at 7:55 until 3:15, it's not as bad as it sounds

    I'm a 8th grader, btw.

we have 2 classes one semester ( two nine week periods) and 2 the next semester with two other classes

    mine is

    1st semester:

    English pre AP(1st and 2nd 9 weeks)

Algebra 1 pre AP(1st and second 9 weeks)

    LUNCH( 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th 9 weeks)

    advisory (homeroom)( 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th 9 weeks)

    a prep hour (1st and 2nd 9 weeks)

    Intro Spanish (1st 9 weeks)

    Art 8 (2nd 9 Weeks)

then starting in spring (2nd semester):

Science pre AP (3rd and 4th 9 weeks)

Arkansas History pre AP(3rd and 4th 9 weeks)

    LUNCH

    advisory (home room)

    Track( 3rd and 4th 9 weeks)

    Careers (3rd 9 weeks)

    Keyboarding (4th 9 weeks)

    we use this grading thingy:

    90-100% =A

    80-89%=B

    70-79%=C

    60-69%=D

    59% and under=F

    i LOVE IT!

  8. we have two different days the alternate every day. green and gold day. we have four periods a day. 80 mins long with 3 30 min lunch breaks and wednesdays we have common block for an hour in the morning its like a homeroom type of thing used for assmeblies and what not

so like since i start school thursday.

    thursday will be green day

    friday will be gold day

and so on for the rest of the year=]

i forgot how our grading system is i think its like

    100-92= A

    91-81= B

    80- 75= C

    75-69= D

    68 and below is F

    but i'm not completely sure

    and school is from 7:35-1:52

  9. um i have 3 90 minutes class

    2 45 minutes classes

    and a 30 mintute lunch

we use As, Bs, Cs,Ds,and Fs

    LOL

  10. umm.

well, this is how it goes down!

    First Semester:

    -i have 2 'core' classes (math&english)

    -P.E

    -and my Elective (Spanish 1)

school starts 7:20 and ends at 2:20..

..all of these classes are 90 minutes with 8 minute passing time.

& i believe our lunch is 30 minutes long!

    :D

    grades.

    A's - F's .

  11. yeah 4 blocks per semester, 90 minutes a piece, and a 30 minute lunch.

    we use a,b,c,d,f grading system lol idk. 93-100% =A, 90-92%=A- , 83-89% = B , etc. etc.

  12. At my high school we have block scheduling

Each class is 85 minutes long, and we get 50 minutes for lunch.

We have A and B days, and each day is made up of 4 classes plus lunch.

As for grading scale we use the a,b,c,d,f one.

  13. 4 classes a day for 88 minuets each. except we use A and B days

  14. i have 9 classes

    and 1 lunch

    so does everyone else

  15. we have 10 classes a day(including lunch) and all are about 40 mins. (?)

    Grading system is:

    90-100% A

    80-89% B

    70-79% C

    60-69% D

    59% and below F

(but with + and - within)

  16. My school has block scheduling too, but they're 90 minutes long and our lunches are a half an hour instead of 22 minutes.  We don't have a ten point grading system...?  We just get letters.  ex: A, B, C, F.  For some reason we don't get D's.

  17. we have block scheduling.

last year we had blue days and green days. each day had two 90 minute classes, and one 2 hour class that included a 25 minute lunch. 7th period was 45 minutes both days.

this year the schedule is different. we have four classes each day, but fourth period is a built in study hall for everyone. so its like:

    blue days - 1st period, 3rd period, 5th period(with lunch), 7th period

    green days - 2nd period, 4th period, 6th period(with lunch), 8th period

im not sure how long each class will be. i know our school day is from 7:20 to 2:05 though.

our grading system is really wierd, its like,

    100-94 is an A

    93-90 is a B+

    89-84 is a B

    83-80 is a C+

    79-74 is a C

    73-70 is a D+

    69-64 is a D

63 and lower is an F

    hope i helped!

  18. Periods. 6 classes 45 minute lunch.

  19. my school switched this year to a modified block schedule. Meaning on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays we have 8 classes a day that are each 45 minutes in length and we have a thirty minute lunch hour. On Tuesdays we have our odd numbered classes for 95 minutes with a thirty minute lunch hour. On Wednesdays we follow the same time schedule as Tuesdays except we have our even numbered classes that day.

And our GPA system is based on a four point school

  20. We have:

    1st period 7:50 to 8:48

    2nd period 8:54-9:52

3rd period 9:58-10:58 (2 minutes longer than the rest b/c that's when they read the bulletin)

now it gets kind of confusing. If you have A lunch you go to lunch and then 4th Period. if you have B Lunch you go to fourth period. I'm going to put the time for B Lunch b/c thats what I have this year

    4th period 11:04- 12:02

    Lunch 12:02-12:32

    5th period 12:38-1:36

    6th period 1:42-2:40

    For grades they use:

    100-90% A

    89-80% B

    79-70% C

    69-60% D

    59% and below F
