  1. My kids all went to private school.

The oldest did one year (kindergarten in an public school) when I thought I was up to the challenge of being an "urban pioneer." What goes on is horrifying. I enrolled her in a private school the following year and she and her sisters went all the way through, graduting from a private girls school.

It was a real challenge with tuition what it was. Today they have all graduated college with advanced degrees. They've remained focused and driven and they're all doing really well. They are all into service and giving back. I couldn't be more proud. And if I had it to go again, I'd surely go the private school route again. There's much to be sent for traditional, formal education.

  2. I want to homeschool through the first couple years but whenever my child asks to go to school, i will put them into a public school. I went to private, public and was home schooled when i was growing up and public was the best other then homeschooling. I just think its too early to send your child to school at the age of 3 or 4, i want to hang on to them as long as i can until they choose to go to school

  3. private or homeschooling, i did not do my homework in school and i hated my self for it. in 4th and 5th grade i made the highest testign scores in ym scholl but in 6th grade i didnt make but 3 a's on my report card and that was in gym. hoem schooling and private schoolign will ensure the best education on best grades

  4. My kids are all in a public year round program...the reason is because it is year round and the quality of education in these particular schools is better than most .

  5. Public: There are some really nice public schools out there, my kids happen to go to one

  6. A porpoise school.
