What kind of schooling is required for opening and running a small town bakery?

I really dont know what to do for a career. But I LOVE baking and i bake really well and i have some awesome baking ideas. What is the exact schooling for opening, running, etc. a bakery?? Alot of info would be great! thanks!!!
