  1. The best way is to drill holes at the s***w locations, then use T-nuts and machine screws.  This allows you to remove and replace the screws and sub without wearing out the box material.


  2. congratz man i built my own enclosure too thats the way to go hope u dind't use the cheap MFD coz that why i used and the screws did not tighten so i replaced just the front with the expensive one and it worked but if its too late now use tnuts and it won't hurt to put a layer of fiberglass ressin in and out side the box it will make sure a good seal and sound crazy
