  1. I use a lemon, Mrs Dash, and pepper.

    I think the lemon juice enhances the flavor of Brocolli and Brussels Sprouts.

    Green beans just, salt, pepper, butter. I usually add slivered almonds.

    English peas I cook in a little worstershire sauce.

    I steam everything except the peas.


  2. I use a little fresh garlic, some sweet basil and pepper. Plenty of flavor with no sodium. :)

    Montreal Steak seasoning (if cooking steak or hamburger)

    a chicken-type seasoning (if cooking chicken or pork)

    Any of those three are great with butter.  Cover and heat in the microwave.

  4. I love to put garlic salt, pepper some soy sauce, and a dash of cayenne pepper. It has sorta of a salty asian flare to it which I really enjoy. If you are not into all of these seasonings, try keeping some and changing others, I'm sure you will find a blend you love by experimenting a little. Keep in mind you don't need butter to make them taste good!

  5. You should use Tony Chachere's original Creole Seasoning. I use it on everything.

  6. depends what you like. I personally like black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and cayenne.

    Salt, pepper, seasoned salt, butter, etc...it's going to depend on what type flavor you are going for.  Some people use lemon juice for some veggies also.  

    Need to know what you're going for.

  8. i usually saute it with a lil butter and some garlic spread seasoning. it tastes delicious!

  12. Your favorite seasonings and depending of the vegetable. Mine are margarine, garlic powder, black pepper, crushed red pepper, cumin, onion powder, parsley, rosemary, Italian Seasoning like oregano and basil. Lemon juice or vinegar. I don't use salt as I eat a lot of foods with it in.

    eat fresh instead.
