I have a recipe that calls for seasoned breadcrumbs. It's a tilapia recipe. I only have regular breadcrumbs...I want to improvise but what would i use. this is the recipe.
BAKED PARMESAN SOUR CREAM FISH
4 Servings
1 lb. tilapia filets
8 oz. FF sour cream
½ c. shredded Parmesan cheese
½ t. each salt and paprika
¼ t. pepper
1/3 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a 9"x13" baking dish with Pam.
Place fish in baking dish.
Stir together sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Spread mixture evenly over fish.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Spray top with butter-flavored Pam.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish is cooked through
