Get PHANTOM!!

i had one for 2 and a half and it still works like new. its the only part of the skateboard that i never replace.

it has very good stability so you dont have to tighten or untighten the nuts a lot. Its also very light.

I bought those when I broke my Venture trucks. It felt a little strange at first, but after a while... I guess 'woah!' is the only word that can describe them.

When I was in my local skateshop, I was comparing trucks, and the first thing that I noticed was that these trucks are freggin light.

That's why I asked the shopkeeper if they were strong. He told me they were strong, and at least lots stronger than Venture trucks.

Then I noticed that these Phantom 2 trucks have built-in shock pads. The shock pads are really low, but that's perfect for me, because I normally don't use shock pads. The built-in shock pads are enough to protect your board, but not to much to decrease your pop. The underground you're riding on may be tough, they still ride smooth!

The kingpin is small, but also short. This means you have good stearing, but because they're short, they also won't break easily.

The bushings are ok. Well, I never had trouble with any bushings, so that could just be me.

The last reason I bought them: they just look so good! The green perfectly fits my Plan B deck. There are also some other colors, and just silver trucks if you don't like all these colors. The color goes disappears when you grind, but that's only on the top.

Venture 5.0 Superlight

They are light and strong, about 40 dollars.  If you have the money go for destructo magnesium trucks, expensive but extremely lightweight.
