What kind of sleep schedule would you suggest for someone who is going back to school august 29??

Ive been staying up late and sleeping in a lot so what would you suggest for me to get back on a school schedule????

  1. start tonight, i have the same problem but my school starts in a week, say youll go to sleep at 10 and wake up at 7 or mabey at six, you need 8-9 hours to be healthy, and dont change the schedule so your body will adjust and youll feel fresh
