What kind of small animal can you take wherever and it wont run away?

Is there a small animal you can take with you wherever you go? like a rodent or something? But it will not run away?

i don't think a rodent will be best because a lot of places don't allow them and a lot of people don't like them. but a properly trained animal will not run away.

I think a parrot would be nice. As a fact, I know that they are very intelligent. I have two parakeets and they are smart enough to do this. They can stay on my shoulder for quite a while. This is only until someone spooks them though. Maybe you will have luck with something this small.

Most places don't allow animals of any kind.  Other than that, a properly trained animal won't run away.
