  1. They are all delicious and easily digested by a baby if you gring them up finely enough.

NO DOG FOR A BABY... they will only mistreat it and lack the ability to care for it.

  2. My miniature weiner dog loves babies.  he wants to lay next to them and he puts his head on their belly.  He protects them....won't leave their side if he can help it.

    hope this helps.

  4. NONE!

A small dog will be overwhelmed and may quickly become defensive.  Bigger dogs will be impervious to the attentions of a small child.  Puppies and babies do not mix well.  I suggest you wait until the child is older, get a medium size dog (45 to 60 pounds),  keep them supervised or apart.

  5. deeefinitely pugs. but be careful which breeder you choose there are a lot of c**p ones out there

  6. I would only recommend getting a dog around a child if you are prepared to supervise them at all times as any dog can turn on a child if it is hurt or teased by the child. The best breed I have seen with children are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. They have a nice even temperament, soft mouth and are gentle and kind. Good luck with your search.

  7. Unless your baby can take care of a dog, then you can just get whatever breed is good for you.  Dogs are not toys.

  8. No small dog ever deserves to be in the company of an annoying little baby. Babies have no idea how to take care of a dog of course, and will hurt the dog or the dog will hurt it, trying to defend itself.

Especially if it's a small dog!! The kid could drop it or sit on it and the dog would be dead in a second.

  9. sheltie i love them i had one when i was younger they are very gentle

  10. I do not recommend any of the small breeds if you have a baby.  I would get one of the medium breeds that can take what a toddler can dish out.  Also,  I would not get a puppy.  You already have your hands full with one baby.  I would choose an adult dog who has a good history with children.

  11. pugs are the best with kids i recommend them
