What kind of smoothie can you make with soya milk? I'm getting bored of soy and frozen banana...?

    Every morning I make a smoothie with a frozen1/2 avacodo, a few sliced peaches, 1/2 banana, 1 teaspoon rose water, 2 dates, and 1/2 cup soy milk.

    It taste wonderful and has good fats ( avacado)


  2. Frozen berries: raspberry, strawberry, blueberry....

    Also you can add to the banana and soy spices like cinnamon and ginger, cocoa powder....

    Or try soya yohurt with mango and cardamon puree layered.

  3. just pop out to the shops and get some bags of frozen fryits and berries

  4. Add some soy yogurt,  or sorbet (no dairy) ... Add some frozen fruit fruit instead of ice cubes (I keep it in bags in the freezer) - mangos, strawberries, peaches, cherries & blueberries  ....  Try using some juice instead of soy milk ...  I add a scoop of Vanilla soy protein powder too .....Lots of ice, on the blender
