i get a liitle hungry and tired wat kind of meals should i bring wen i take a break at football practice

  1. fruit, it will not slow you down and it will refuel you with the water needed to keep you going


  2. I wouldn't eat a meal in the middle of practice. It will make you feel sick or give you stomach cramps. If you're hungry, eat a light snack like orange slices or a banana. Both are easily digested and give quick energy from fructose.  

  3. just eat a couple beef jerky sticks and some water or gatorade
