What kind of soap for cleaning my hat?

i need to clean my hat after it was in a sewer, im using an old toothbrush. what kind of soap should i put on it? bar,liquid,ect. thanks!

put it in the wash 5 min, put outside to dry

wow maybe you should get another one..but try washing it ALOT of times.

dude this sounds weird but the absolute best way to clean a dirty hat is to throw it in the dishwasher. the water in there gets really hot and it wont mess up the brim at all. believe me it works

They have special cleaning materials for hats/baseball caps. I'd suggest get those.

i would suggest liquid because then you can smear it all over with your tootbrush :]
