Yes, it is a satirical song, made at a time in which everything with a brazilian sound had to be cool. Basically, it is supposed to be a gingle form the sponsor of the show, this "cacao Meravigliao" an invented brand of cocoa (it translates as "wonderful cocoa") and it is all in fake portuguese language (italian words with a portuguese ending to them, to make it sound Brazilian). It was sung by a set of gorgeous Brazilian dancers.
