  1. Silk- it’s the best!  I use the plain for cereal and oatmeal.  Then, the chocolate- there was a seal on it that said that it was awarded for best flavor.  I agree!  Then, I use the French vanilla Silk creamer in my decaf green tea.  Oh, and I have a Silk yogurt everyday.  Their live cultures are derived from plants so it’s vegan.  I drive out of my way to get to Wild Oats to pick up Key Lime pie and raspberry.  Publix has silk yogurt- but only in 3 flavors.

  2. I buy Nature's Promise.  It's an organic store brand from Stop and Shop.

  3. SILK!  I think its the best and I've tried all of them.

  4. Just so all you Silk fans know, Silk is produce by Dean Foods, the largest milk and dairy producer in the United States; so buying Silk does nothing to reduce the power of the dairy industry since you are helping to fill the pockets of the exact same people who sell regular milk.  In fact, the margins on soymilk must be higher, so you are helping them profit even more.

I tried to ask a legitimate question about this a few days ago, but some whining vegetarian didn't like me pointing out the truth and had it deleted.

  5. I drink Silk Plus Omega-3 DHA soymilk. It's fortified with vitamin B12 and a vegetarian source of omega 3.

    2 glasses = 100% daily values of vitamin B12.

My dad likes it so much that he's switched from cow's milk to soymilk!

  6. Vanilla flavored Soy Silk is the best tasting out there. However you should rotate between soy and other vegan milks such as oat, almond, hazelnut, hemp, and rice.

  7. I use a powdered soy milk that is cheap and easy to use, but I also have made it myself, whit the soy bean, it's a lot of work, but I find it more tasty

  8. I’ve been lactose intolerant for almost 10 years.  I drink Silk or 8th Continent (a little more expensive ay my grocery store).

  9. I like Silk, So Nice, or Nutra-soy!

  10. I don't use soymilk

  11. Trader Joes and Silk.  Although, once I tasted Kikkoman Pearl I was amazed at how smooth it was.  It can be hard to find but it is delicious.
