What kind of spider did i find in my house?

Question

I saw it has blue-teal mouth area and the legs on it were black with greyish bars at each segment. It was probably 3/4 an inch with its legs. It had a big body.

I killed it, afraid it is poisonous.

i recently found a large 1 inch spider in my out door pool  i released him unharmed   i thought he might be rare....he a blush brown and appeared to be fuzzy  i did not pet him  i'm in up state ny maybe i'll move

Sounds like a jumping spider of the genus Phidippus.

They are the ones known to have iridescent teal chelicerae.
