What kind of spider has a blue prosoma and a red abdomen?

I found a small jumping spider on the back of my neck this afternoon. Same colours as Spiderman. I've got a few bite marks down my back, but I'm not really sure if I had them before today. So I guess what I'm asking is, do you know what kind of spider this is, or am I going to wake up stronger and more awesome tomorrow?

A spider bit me once in the neck and i also thought that i would turn strong like spiderman but nothing happened apart from some reddishness and itching in the area, nothing harmful as it was a common wolf spider.

Perhaps a web weaving spider bites you then you might turn into spiderman.
