What kind of spider is this? Located in Orlando.?

It's definitely a member of the Orb Weaving spider Family Araneidae. The genus would be Argiope, not sure what species. After a detailed search on the web, I cannot locate a picture that matches yours. It could possibly be an immature and has not gotten its' adult colors yet. Very cool spiders, Florida has the most species of Orb weavers, 4 in all.
