False Scorpion

It does not possess a sting though it is related to the real scorpion. So it looks more like a spider. There are over 1,500 different species of false scorpion throughout the warm and temperate parts of the world. These peculiar arthropods are in fact closely related to scorpions, but lack their elongated post-abdomen and the poisonous sting.
