What kind of spiders do you usually get in downtown San Jose?

I keep getting these really annoying spiders in my house. They are tiny and just sit in the corner. They leave webs (not even pretty webs!!) all over the wall and they are ugly. What do I do???

They have this gel you can by its poison and you put it in all your corners and on window seals and doorways and its like a barrior so they wont come in and if they touch it they die. its real simple. they also have the invisible spray where you can see it but they know its there.

It says its roach gel but works on mostly any insect!

Usually black widows and tarantulas, nothing too bad.
